What is it?

"An Outside Perspective" is a form of guidance designed to help teams clarify a sensitive, shared vision of their project. When needed, it also provides advice on workflow, internal relations, communication and overall strategy.

How does it work?

It starts with a workshop whose aim is to define that shared vision. Once formulated, this vision becomes a solid basis to :

  • nurture creativity that is aligned with the team's values,
  • shape a clear strategy,
  • build personal communication.

I also support the group in the strengthening of its internal culture and in preventing or resolving tensions, especially those arising from asymmetric power relations.

By using tools adapted to each context, my goal is to reveal every project's singularity and coherence while respecting the human realities that drive it.

Who is it for?

Performing‑arts companies, artistic associations, video‑game studios, architects – in short, anyone carrying a creative project who aims to leave a lasting mark on their audience.
